Cancellation
& Refunds.
This policy explains how to cancel a consumer purchase and what happens if there is a problem with the course.
Last updated 24 August 2026
14-day cancellation
If you buy The Accord Method as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase where the statutory cancellation right applies. You do not need to give a reason.
Email oisin@accord-method.com before the 14-day period ends. Include your name, purchase email and purchase date so the payment can be identified.
How refunds work
Where a refund is due, it will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after a valid cancellation request is received. It will normally be returned to the original payment method. Your course entitlement will then end.
Bank and card processing times are outside our control, so the credit may take additional time to appear after it is issued.
Problems with the course
Your legal rights are separate from the 14-day cancellation period. If the digital content is faulty, not as described or cannot be accessed, contact us with the details. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring access, correcting the issue, a price reduction or refund where required by law.
Model cancellation notice
You can copy the wording below into the Contact form:
“I give notice that I wish to cancel my purchase of The Accord Method. My name is [name], my purchase email is [email], and I purchased on [date].”
If a login link, lesson, caption or download is not working, send a message through the Contact page. Access problems can often be fixed quickly without affecting your statutory rights.
